Calling inclusive and ethical Wedding Suppliers
Next Spring, we’re creating a unique wedding experience that celebrates love in all its forms while spotlighting the incredible creativity of inclusive, conscious suppliers. This is not your typical wedding fair with rows of stalls and sales pitches. Instead, it’s a living, breathing showcase where couples can feel what their wedding day could be - tasting, touching, seeing and connecting with the magic.
Our two-day event in March 2026 will combine a styled shoot and an immersive wedding experience designed to inspire and empower modern couples who care about sustainability, authenticity and community. We want to collaborate with suppliers who share our passion for meaningful celebrations.
When: 20th & 21st March 2026
Where: The Blue Pool, Wareham, Dorset

Dorset Wedding Sessions: Supplier Details
The Vibe:
This is an interactive event. We are expecting suppliers to offer up their services to allow couples to fully experience what they have to offer. This may include serving canapes or cocktails, offering mini hair or make-up sessions, arranging floral bouquets, playing music or taking photos. We understand this may incur some extra cost on your part which is why the cost of being involved in the Wedding Showcase is lower than a traditional wedding fair.
Instead of paying a fee to just have a table at a traditional wedding fair, you get to be part of a unique event, showcasing your skills and talent to real life to-be-weds. You can choose your option on the application form.
Investment:
Wedding Showcase only £80
Styled shoot and Wedding Showcase £90
Value:
Exclusivity of being one of maximum 3 suppliers in each category. (You won’t be having to compete for attention)
Showcasing couples your skills and talent, rather than trying to explain or show photos. This can be really helpful for shy or neurodivergent suppliers.
Multiple separated spaces within a calm environment which reduces overwhelm for both suppliers and couples, allowing deeper and more meaningful conversations.
Networking opportunities and community within the wedding industry. It can be lonely work sometimes!

Styled shoot additional value:
Photos and videos to freely use in marketing and social media of your products and services in a real life setting.
Timings
Suppliers included in the styled shoot will need to be available from midday on 20th March 2026 to set up. The shoot is expected to finish by 5pm.
Suppliers included in the showcase will need to be on site by 9.30am at the latest. Any extra setting up required needs to be planned in advance with Jess and Gemma.
The showcase will end at 3pm on 21st March. Everything you have displayed and set up will need to be off site by 5pm on that day.
If you have any particular needs, either personally or for your display / business you will let us know as soon as possible so we can make plans.
The Terms:
Applications close on 31st January 2026. You will receive a confirmation email by 7th February 2026 with an outcome. If you haven’t heard from us by then, please check your promotions and spam email folders.
Filling in the application form does not guarantee you a place at the showcase or on the styled shoot. Suppliers will be handpicked depending on how we see fit, work well together and have similar values.
If you have been chosen for the showcase or the styled shoot, we require the payment by the 21st February in order to be included in our marketing (the earlier you can make payment, the earlier you can be included in the marketing).
If we don’t receive payment in full by 21st February we reserve the right to withdraw our offer and choose another supplier to take your space.
If you decide you no longer wish to be involved please let us know as soon as possible. If we receive no answer from you after trying to make contact for more than a week we reserve the right to withdraw our offer and choose another supplier to take your space.
The payment is non-refundable unless in the unlikely event the shoot or showcase is cancelled by us.
