Complete Planning

I’ll guide you through every stage of your wedding planning from shaping your vision and managing your budget to finding reliable suppliers. I’m here throughout the process and on the day to keep everything running smoothly.

I take care of the tasks that can feel overwhelming, like guest lists, RSVPs, seating plans, and creative details such as invitation wording, menus, and name cards.

My job is keeping things calm, intentional and organised, so you can stay present and truly enjoy every meaningful moment.

Ongoing Planning​

3-4months before the wedding, £2350

As your wedding day approaches, it’s completely normal for things to start feeling a bit overwhelming. This is the ideal moment to bring in steady, experienced support. I’ll take care of the practical details; liaising with suppliers, finalising décor and stationery and helping refine your seating plan so you can stay focused on what matters most: the love, the people, and the meaning of the day.

I’m also there in the lead-up, helping with setup the day before, and on the day itself I work quietly behind the scenes to ensure everything flows smoothly, intentionally, and with as little stress as possible.

Flexible Planning​

Anytime, £45 per hour

If you’re planning your wedding yourself but want a bit of extra support, a flexible planning option could be the perfect fit. I’m here to offer thoughtful guidance, brainstorm ideas, and help you navigate timelines, supplier choices, and any decisions that come up along the way.

I can keep you on track with your to-do list and assist with invitations, name cards, and signage that feel personal and meaningful. This package is tailored to your needs after an initial chat, so you can enjoy the parts you love and leave the stress to someone else.


 

On-the-Day Coordination

2 weeks before the wedding, from £950

As your coordinator, I’ll handle all supplier communication from two weeks out, keeping everyone aligned and prepared. The day before, I’ll help set up tables, name cards, ceremony seating and any last-minute details so you can relax.

On the day, I’ll manage buttonholes, guide guests, oversee ceremony music and keep your timing son track. I can support your MC or step in myself to cue key moments like your entrance, cake cutting and first dance. I’m also on hand to help with room transitions or cake cutting for evening guests.

I also bring an essentials (like deodorant and safety pins!) and a first aid kit so I’m ready for anything. For an additional fee, I can stay until the end of the night, help close the venue, pack everything down and even collect your belongings the following day, whatever you feel that you need.
