Flexible Planning​

Anytime, £45 per hour

Planning your wedding your way but could use a little extra support? This flexible planning service is made for couples

who want to plan the majority but still need someone in their corner to keep things on track. Whether you're DIYing the

whole day or just need a hand with some of the details, I’m here to offer laid-back guidance, help you make decisions

with confidence, and ensure everything flows smoothly. From supplier recommendations to creating personal touches

like invitations, name cards, and signage, I’m here to take the stress off your plate. You focus on the bits that excite

you, while I handle the behind-the-scenes stuff, keeping everything grounded in what matters most.

Mindful Planning Session

A video call or in person chat to explore how to simplify and refocus your wedding day around what truly matters -

connection, celebration, and conscious choices. We’ll look at ways to strip away social pressure, excess, and

expectations, making space for a more meaningful, intentional experience.

This session is perfect for couples planning a full DIY or budget wedding with a soulful, minimal approach perhaps

incorporating gentle, traditional elements like handfasting or other heartfelt rituals. It’s about designing a day that feels

deeply personal, surrounded only by the people you truly want there, free from pressure and stress.

There’s no obligation to book anything beyond this call. Just a thoughtful, supportive space to
connect and clarify your vision.

On-the-Day Coordination

2 weeks before the wedding, from £950

As your coordinator, I’ll handle all supplier communication from two weeks out, keeping everyone aligned and prepared. The day before, I’ll help set up tables, name cards, ceremony seating and any last-minute details so you can relax.

On the day, I’ll manage buttonholes, guide guests, oversee ceremony music and keep your timing son track. I can support your MC or step in myself to cue key moments like your entrance, cake cutting and first dance. I’m also on hand to help with room transitions or cake cutting for evening guests.

I also bring an essentials (like deodorant and safety pins!) and a first aid kit so I’m ready for anything. For an additional fee, I can stay until the end of the night, help close the venue, pack everything down and even collect your belongings the following day, whatever you feel that you need.
