The term ‘DIY Wedding’ used to mean couples getting creative, making things, using old unwanted items like pallets for their day schedule, cutting flowers from their own garden or from family member’s. Writing their own place cards and making napkins from old fabric.

Like a lot of people I’ve had a love/hate relationship with social media in the last few years. I love it for so many things - inspiring content, connecting with people & other businesses doing with similar views and values, speaking to people who have found my content helpful in some way. But on the other hand it can be a dark, dark place. I find the constant comparing and pressure to make ‘good’ content overwhelming and sometimes paralysing.
